How to request deletion of your data from Vaion
Vaion allows users and businesses to request the deletion of personal data associated with their account and connected Meta integrations, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts and WhatsApp Business connections.
How to request deletion
If you want to delete your data, please send a request by email to:
Use the subject: Data Deletion Request - Vaion
What to include in your email
- Your full name
- Your business name, if applicable
- The email address used for your Vaion account
- The Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or WhatsApp Business number connected to Vaion, if applicable
Processing time
After receiving your request, we will verify the account ownership and delete the associated data from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
Data that may be deleted
- Account profile information
- Connected Meta account identifiers
- Access tokens and integration credentials
- Messages and conversations processed by Vaion
- Business settings, automations and AI configuration data
Remove access from Meta directly
If you connected Vaion through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you can also remove Vaion's access directly from your Meta account settings:
Legal basis for retention
In some cases we may need to retain certain data for longer than 30 days to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements. When this applies, we will inform you in our response.
